The punched out paste is combined with a two-ply liner or a wave-cut liner, and the pitch can be expanded when the paste and liner are combined, by changing the speed of each part. This widening mechanism makes it possible to punch out paste with a minimum amount of scrap and reduce losses. The elastic base materials can also be replaced.
This manufacturing machine unwinds plaster tapes, inspects paste for foreign matter, as well as prints lot numbers and paste name inline, on the support side with a thermal printer all by itself. The liner can also be embossed, to prevent the paste from sticking to the aluminum packaging. The liner combined with the paste is then cut and packaged, and four-way sealed. As options, the four-way sealing and packaging machine can be equipped with an additional nitrogen filling area to prevent oxidation of the paste, as well as an inkjet printer and inspection camera for stamping the packaging material.
